The Belmont Park Fall Meet is quickly approaching, as in it is only two days away. It has been newly renovated and I can’t wait to have our owners out there this fall! The renovations include a brand new 5 story grandstand, renovated racing surfaces, including the new all synthetic Tapeta track. The infield has also been opened up, creating more green space available to fans and the community.
I want our owners to see the new changes first hand, so with that I have two tickets to opening day, Friday September 18, that will go to two lucky owners. Even better than just getting to go to opening day, you will get to see Forever Young run in the Grade I Jockey Club Gold Cup. To make it even better than that if you're a country fan, Dierks Bentley will have a live performance at the track to celebrate opening day.
The Keeneland September Yearling Sale has also kicked off in Kentucky. Right now they are just kicking off Book 2. This is the biggest yearling sale in the country with just first two days grossing $151,400,000. The sale runs through September 26 giving me plenty of time to look for and hopefully buy the next member of Dream Maker Racing.

There is nothing better than having involved owners and there is so much to learn and see at the sales grounds. Keeneland itself is beautiful and brings people from all over the country for this sale.

One of the most exciting parts of being involved in racing is the process of finding that next horse. From studying pedigrees and watching yearlings walk the sales grounds to seeing them develop into racehorses, there is so much that goes into finding the right one. I would love to bring one of our owners along and hopefully come home from Keeneland with another special horse for Dream Maker Racing!
