 Not since the great sire, Danzig, has a horse emerged to have had such a monumental start as a sire. The prolific Uncle Mo has had 21 stakes winners in his first crop, - including the two-year-old champion and Kentucky Derby winner, Nyquist - along with numerous competitive high class runners, there hasn't been a sire quite like Mo in generations.

The weekly racing calendar is not only chock full of graded stakes winners, but there  is an extremely high percentage of horses that break their maiden their first time out. These horses rise through the ranks to eventually become serious contenders in competitive stakes races.

This beautiful, big, black filly named Ma Mo not only resembles her sire in stature and color, but also descends from a great female family just chock full of class and precocity. Her great grand dame and multiple Gr 1 Stakes winner, Mrs Warren, was one of the top fillies in her generation and her daughter, Mrs Flagler, was also a very classy Stakes winner; both were were precocious and won early. Ma Mo's mother Mrs Filio, also a winner at 2, has produced not one, but 3 stakes caliber horses including Stakes winner Swag Daddy who won 2 out of his 3 wins in 2yo Stakes races. With a record of 12 foals to race and 10 winners, including this magnificent filly, a brilliant racing future is already in her cards. Mrs Filio's offspring have won races at 5 1/2 furlongs to a mile and an 1/8th. They've raced from the age of 2 all the way to the ripe old age of seven, showing soundness and versatility at different tracks, different distances and on different surfaces.
